What a HK$120 bowl of ramen looks like in Causeway Bay
My dad, who lives in Canada, loves checking out Openrice.com and sends me restaurant recommendations of places he knows are close to my office.
So we come to MIST? in Causeway Bay. A high end ramen place with leather seats and a leather menu. My good Twitter friend @jasonbonvivant has a great review that says the same as I would. It's like Dukes Burger in Soho. You just want to try some thing that is normally very cheap and see how they fancy it up. My burger sense is higher than my ramen senses, but I can say Mist was delicious but not "everyday" $120 delicious enough, especially when I died in many a noodle shop in Tokyo from the amazing tatstes that I could never refer to ramen as "noodles and hot water."
